Before ordering, compare the part number and listed specifications with your existing hardware. Similar-looking products can differ in function, dimensions, handing, and door preparation. If you need help finding a suitable replacement, contact our team with the details you have.

Timing depends on the item, quantity, configuration, and current supplier availability. Order review and preparation happen before carrier transit. Review our Shipping & Lead Times guide, and contact our team before ordering if you are working toward a required installation date. Lead times are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed in writing.

Return eligibility depends on the item and the order details. Some products are non-returnable, and restocking fees may apply. Review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, fees, and conditions. Contact our team for return authorization before shipping anything back.

Send your hardware list, quantities, delivery ZIP code, and target date through our Request a Quote form. Our team can review the details and prepare pricing for your project.
